What Dear Us is not
- We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or medication guidance.
- We do not monitor for crises and cannot respond to emergencies.
- Our programmes and membership are educational and peer-based, not therapy.
- Our concern-reporting form is not an emergency channel.
- At launch, our services are for adults (18+) only.
How we keep spaces safe
- Programme discussions are never recorded; teaching is recorded separately, only with explicit consent.
- A clinical reviewer oversees programme content, safety resources, and directory verification.
- Safety concerns are handled through a restricted process — only the clinical reviewer and super administrator can see case records.
- Directory listings require written consent and expire if not re-verified on schedule.
