Refund policy

Fair and predictable. Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used, subject to the payment provider's rules (mobile-money payments support full refunds only).
Digital products
eBooks and audiobooks can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or streamed. A confirmed refund revokes access to the files.
Programmes
Full refund if a cohort is cancelled or does not reach its minimum enrolment. Full refund if you withdraw more than 7 days before the start date; 50% between 7 days and the first session; none after the first session, except at our discretion for genuine hardship.
Membership
Unused passes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once you have attended a live session or downloaded member resources, the pass is considered used.
Events
Full refund if an event is cancelled. Otherwise, tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event starts. Free registrations can simply be cancelled.
