Membership is a quiet room, not a social network. You buy time — three months or twelve — and it simply runs out unless you choose to renew. We remind you 14, 7, and 1 day before it does, and we never auto-renew.
Monthly live sessions
One guided session each month with Rita or a guest facilitator, with a published calendar at least 90 days ahead.
Resource library
Reflection guides, worksheets, and reading lists — practical things you can actually use on a hard week.
Approved recordings
Teaching sessions recorded with everyone's explicit consent, so you can revisit them. Discussion is never recorded.
Structured, not noisy
No open feed, no private messages, no doom-scrolling. A moderated space with clear community rules.
