Accessibility statement

Last updated 6 September 2026

Everyone should be able to read a letter. We design and test Dear Us against WCAG 2.2 AA.

What we do

Plain-language copy, strong colour contrast, large touch targets, visible focus states, full keyboard navigation, alt text on meaningful images, captions on recorded video, and support for reduced-motion settings. Layouts are mobile-first and tested at 360-pixel width on slow connections.

Known limits

Some older PDF resources may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working through them; ask us for an accessible copy of anything.

Report a barrier

If something on this site blocks you, contact us through the organizations/enquiry form choosing “Something else” and mention accessibility. We aim to respond within five working days.
